Block A:

• Facade filling with blocks and removing internal apartment partitions have been completed;
• Brick cladding of the old facade is in progress;
• Facade insulation and wood cladding work are ongoing;
• Balcony railings are being installed;
• Raised floor installation to the 5th floor is complete;
• "VIBRAFLOOR" insulation has been applied with a polyester layer that adheres to the tile as the lower layer of the raised floor;
• Facade cladding with orthotic coils is underway;
• Aluminum door and window installation up to the 2nd floor has been completed;
• Electrical wiring in apartments up to and including the 4th floor is finished;
• Elevator installation has begun.

Block B:

• Monolithic framework has been completed;
• Blockwork arrangement, both inside and outside the building, up to and including the 4th floor, is finished.

Block C:

• Reinforced concrete work for the foundation has been completed.
