In block A:

• Block arrangement works have been completed both inside and outside the building;
• The filling of the facade with blocks and the removal of internal partitions in the apartments have been completed;
• The facade of the building is being covered with bricks;
• Balcony railings are being installed;
• Sewage, ventilation, water, and heating arrangements are completed;
• The floor arrangement is being installed on the 3rd floor. "VIBRAFLOOR" insulation is used on the floor, with a polyester layer, which is the bottom layer of the stretched floor and surrounds the tile;
• The roof was covered with insulation material;
• The facade is being covered with Ortesian beams;
• Installation works of aluminum doors and windows and electrical wiring of apartments are underway.

In block B:

• Roofing of the last slab is in progress;
• 90% of monolithic works are completed;
• Including the third floor, the block arrangement works, both inside and outside the building, have been completed.

The construction of block C has started. Foundation works of block C are in progress.
