• Roofing  works of the last floor have been completed
• The vertical construction of the terrace and duplex apartments on the last floor is being reinforced, molds are being made and concreting is in progress
• Block arrangement works including the 3rd floor have been completed both inside and outside the building
• 98% of the monolithic frame is completed
• From the 4th floor to the 6th floor, the facade is being filled with blocks and internal partitions in the apartments are being built.
• The old facade of the building is being covered with bricks 

B Block:

• The pouring of the foundation and the roofing of both floors of the parking area have been completed.
• The vertical construction of the commercial floor is being reinforced, molds are being made and concreting is in progress.
