Arsenal Residence Construction Is Actively Underway

Block A

Facade infill with block and the raising of internal partitions in the apartments are complete; cladding of the building with old-style facade brick is underway; facade insulation and wood cladding works are underway; balcony railing installation is underway; screed flooring is complete up to the 5th floor; the floors use VIBRAFLOOR insulation with a polyester underlay that forms the lower layer of the screed and bonds to the tile; cladding with facade I-beams is underway; aluminium doors and windows are complete up to the 2nd floor; apartment electrical wiring is complete up to the 4th floor; elevator installation has begun.

Block B

Monolithic frame works are complete; block-laying works, both inside and outside the building, are complete up to the 4th floor.

Block C

Reinforced-concrete foundation works are complete.
